I initially contacted half a dozen local Toyota dealers about a new 300 series and only one made the effort to respond to me. These cars obviously sell themselves so all that the dealers need to do these days is take orders. Nonetheless no local dealers seemed interested taking my money. I contacted Dan and having no prior experience with car brokers I didn't know what to expect. Dan made the process extremely easy. Within a couple of hours he had a quote from a local dealer that was significantly lower than any quote I imagine any 'retail' customer would be able to negotiate. The process was frictionless - I did not have to negotiate direct with any dealers nor experience any of the usual superfluous upsells (warranty, tinting, paint protection, finance etc). This is the only way I will procure new cars in the future.
