The Car Concierge was founded by Dan Biady, who has spent more than 20 years in the car industry. He saw first-hand how stressful buying a new car could be: weekends lost to showrooms, endless back-and-forth on price, and never knowing if you’d really got a fair deal.

So he built a better way. Today The Car Concierge works with a national network of more than 650 dealerships, helping buyers right across Australia secure sharper prices on their new car, with 450+ 5-star reviews to show for it. Every client has a dedicated point of contact from their first enquiry to the day they collect their keys.

Seamless experience, no fees and much more chance of getting the car they want quicker than through an individual dealer. Sent a request to Dan 26/03, had a short conversation and 2 days later he came back with multiple quotes with different ETAs and even able to find a deal for next month delivery! I initially contacted half a dozen local Toyota dealers about a new 300 series and only one made the effort to respond to me. These cars obviously sell themselves so all that the dealers need to do these days is take orders. Nonetheless no local dealers seemed interested taking my money.

I contacted Dan and having no prior experience with car brokers I didn't know what to expect. Dan made the process extremely easy. Within a couple of hours he had a quote from a local dealer that was significantly lower than any quote I imagine any 'retail' customer would be able to negotiate.

The process was frictionless - I did not have to negotiate direct with any dealers nor experience any of the usual superfluous upsells (warranty, tinting, paint protection, finance etc).

This is the only way I will procure new cars in the future.
